Amazing....

 

So I have not posted about Landon's 16 weeks and 17 weeks, but it has been absolutely amazing. He is getting so vocal and getting his own little personality more and more. Some say he has an "old soul" and others say he is really laid back. Either could probably be true. 

He has discovered his feet these days, and he is loving to play with them. Still hanging out on the changing table always seems to make him happy. He is making a new noise with his bottom lip tucked in....kind of sounds like an owl. He loves being sung to and his favorite song seems to be Baa Baa Black Sheep and Old McDonald. (Maybe we will work on a new one this week!) He still has just rolled from his tummy to his back, but seems to be rocking up on his side. He likes tummy time unless he is tired, and then it is just too much work. He cries when he is really tired or way too much stimulating him. He smiles first thing in the morning or when he wakes up, and it is by far my favorite time each day. He giggles and talks back to Derek or myself if we mimic his noises to him. Very cute! 

And finally I think he weighs around 15 pounds or so. We have our check-up in a couple of weeks.

So that is where things are right now with the little man in our life. Still loving every minute of it!
