Our little guy!

So, it has been a while since I have updated about Mr. L so here we go:

• He will be 11 months old this month! In 9 days to be exact! I cannot believe how fast time is flying by.
• He weighs about 21 pounds and is about 31 inches long. He is getting more hair and it seems to be just growing mostly over his ears. It might have some curls to it too.
• His eyes seem to be a light brownish or hazel color. Still hard to tell really. Some days they look brown and some days they look hazel.
• He finally has a tooth! One little tooth on the bottom. There is another one trying to break through on the bottom too.
• Food. Well, he is picky these past few months. We have moved from sweet potatoes to yogurt being the favorite. He does not seem to be a fan of new things right now. As far as finger foods...we are working on them but he just feeds them to Pokey the dog or throws them around. So, we may have to feed him for the rest of his life if he wants to eat.
• Speed Crawler. That is what he is. He can crawl with the best of them. Very fast and efficient mode of transportation for the little guy. He will walk holding on to things but not venturing out on his own yet.
• Bye Bye and waving. He can do that now but not sure he really gets what he is doing or maybe he does by telling people Bye Bye when he is done with them. He is also saying Ma Ma and Da Da.
• Kindermusik. He is all over the place when we go. He loves it and is enthralled by all the other kids and music. He is funny. Very vocal during the class.
• Swim Lessons. We are still going every week. He can hold his breath under water for about 4 seconds. We have about 2 more months of lessons during this session.
• Books. He seems really intrigued by them. I think it is second favorite thing...first being banging objects on the coffee table.
• Sleeping. Oh, how we miss our little baby that once slept through the night mostly. Yep, still waking up all night long. On a good night, usually does not wake until 2am and will stay up for a couple of hours and then back up around 7am. BUT that has not been the case the past few nights. Still have no clue what is going on. Yes, it could be teething, growing, trying to walk, etc. etc. I just keep praying for a sleeping baby all through the night.
• Formula baby now. He was weaned about a month ago, and now he is solely on formula. It was not fun and we will just leave at that.

So I think that is it! Oh, Halloween. He was an OREO Cookie. I was so worried about him getting too hot in a costume and then it turned off cool that weekend. Go figure. Well, we went to 2 houses and 1 of them did not answer the door. Then we passed out candy to all the kids that bombard our neighborhood. So here are some pictures of our little OREO.
