Well, we were fortunate to have a babysitter this weekend....all weekend. Jan came down and watched Landon while his parents went out to play all weekend. Derek's birthday was on Friday, and then on Saturday we went out to celebrate our anniversary early.
It was a good time...maybe too good of a time some might say! We got to have a dinner without a baby being bored in a high chair or worrying about getting home for bed time. We had adult uninterrupted adult conversation all night. It is crazy to us that our life has only been like this for 8 months but feels so strange going out without the little man. When we use to do that all the time before he arrived.
